The symbols look a lot better on this one. But you have to change your white gas tank to another color. It is hard to differentiate against the map. I would suggest darkening the blues entirely so that one would be at least slightly blue. It might just be my 14" laptop monitor but your fonts are hard to read. The small stuff is too small--increase 1 or maybe 2 points. And the title font seems to bleed into itself. Something a little blockier may work well.
I think your probably right on all counts. You've also confirmed what my girlfriend thought as well...that I really need to change the lightest color. Ditto on the small fonts. Do you think the title in the first version looks better? Thanks for the critique!
The title on version one was better.
